Sleep deprivation as the word suggests, deprivation means deficient or lacking. The person might suffer from the severe problem of sleeplessness in this disorder. Sleeplessness may also known as insomnia in some cases. Severe sleep deprivation is that factor in which the cant sleep even for an hour or two in the long duration of 24 hours. It is a type of disorder from which large group of people are suffering but especially the natives of America and South Australia. The main cause for this disorder is not one so the patient should be cautious about it. There are so many reasons why insomnia or severe sleep deprivation takes place.

Surgery and the recovery process after it is the one basic reason of severe sleep deprivation. Because it is very obvious that if a person is going to face any kind of surgery has to suffer from a deep depression or hyper tension which is the most genuine reason for severe sleep deprivation. And once if the person gets over with the surgery he has to phase again the same type of tension of the post op medication. Post op surgery may also leads to many side effects those are the main causes of depression, which leads in chronic sleep disorder.

Youth of today are fond of enjoying movies in the night and also loves to join late night parties, late night chatting with friends and night strolling which is good for a day or two but if all this kept in continuation daily it will be very harmful for sure. Eating habits is also the cause of a problem as it is also a part of the youth lifestyle.
