What is Sleep Deprivation? Sleep deprivation is a stage when one
gets inadequate sleep. An eight hours sleep in 24 hour is enough for
an average person. Sleep deprivation is said to be when a person tend
to get sleep less than 8 hours. A continued deprivation in sleep
results in many harmful in problems like one does not feels fresh and
energetic throughout the day and loses its mental balance
